International Trademark Association (INTA) 2011 Annual Meeting

Thomas Casagrande, Gregory Casamento and Paul Van Slyke will be speaking at the upcoming International Trademark Association (INTA) 2011 Annual Meeting. NTA’s Annual Meeting is the trademark community’s premier event for networking, continuing legal education, and committee and client meetings, and is attended by more than 8,500 individuals from 140 countries. Mr. Casagrande will give a presentation entitled "What Role Should Intent Play in Likelihood of Confusion Analysis?"
Mr. Casamento's presentation is entitled "Trademark Injunctions After eBay v. MercExchange: When Infringement is Proved, is an Injunction Certain?"
Mr. Van Slyke is speaking about "Keyword Advertising Using Trademarks in the United States: Current Issues and Practical Solutions."
