Brian Casey will be an active participant in the LISA 16th Annual Fall Life Settlement Conference taking place November 10-12, 2010.
On November 11, from 2:30-3:00 p.m., Mr. Casey will provide a brief introduction to ELSA’s Code of Practice at the LISA 16th Annual Fall Life Settlement Conference. This panel will discuss its importance and impact on the European Market and the reaction to their Code of Practice since its release.
On November 12, from 8:30-9:30 a.m., Mr. Casey will be a moderator for a Legal Roundtable.
Also on November 12, from 1:15-2:00 p.m., Mr Casey will give a presentation entitled "Sleeper Issues in the Dodd Frank Financial Services Industries Reform Bill." This presentation will discuss financial reform regulation passed in 2010 will create a number of new oversight bodies and processes and how these initiatives will potentially effect settlements.
