On October 13, 2009, Pat Coffey will be a speaker at AdvaMed 2009, a medical technology conference for medical device business leaders, policy-makers, patient groups, finance, media and other service providers. More than 1,400 senior executives representing over 500 companies from 35 states and 25 countries are attending the conference.
Mr. Coffey will particpate in a panel titled "The Case for Better Compliance in the Downturn." The panel will address the increasing level of enforcement activity involving medical device companies. Mr. Coffey will be joined by leading health care practitioners and enforcement authorities from around the country.
