IQPC 5th Warranty Management Summit

Brian Casey will present at the IQPC 5th Warranty Management Summit. Mr. Casey's presentation will consist of both (1) business and (2) legal and regulatory aspects of the business relationship between extended warranty/service contract providers and/or administrators and their insurance company partner, including key business, financial, actuarial and operational requirements of the insurer, the primary contractual agreements (and key points of negotiations with respect thereto) and legal and regulatory compliance matters associated with the insurance component of the extended warranty/service contract business.
