
Charles Parker practices complex business and securities litigation and has extensive experience conducting internal investigations and representing officers, directors, and corporations in SEC enforcement actions. He also has litigation experience in the areas of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, SEC and CFTC enforcement actions, minority shareholder oppression, derivative transactions, trade secrets, professional liability and class actions. He was previously registered as a Commodity Trading Advisor and Commodity Pool Operator by the CFTC and was licensed by the State Securities Board as a Texas Securities Dealer/Investment Advisor. A Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, he has also been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly Magazine for Securities Litigation.
