
Charley Davidson has spent nearly 30 years representing plaintiffs and defendants in jury trials at the State and Federal level and has represented many individuals and corporations suspected of White Collar Crimes. His practice also includes representing clients in insurance fraud, energy fraud and antitrust violations.
Mr. Davidson spent five years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorneys’ Office-Southern District where he tried over 15 first chair felony jury trials. Earlier in his career, he spent seven years in the Harris County District Attorney’s Office where he tried over 70 first chair felony jury trials. For 11 years at the criminal defense firm of Hinton, Sussman, Bailey & Davidson, he tried an additional seven first chair jury trials in State and Federal Court.
