Carlyle Chapman practices all aspects of labor and employment law, representing management and employers in, among other industries, insurance, banking, and health care services. He is an experienced counselor regarding employment issues faced by management, traditional management labor law, and preventive employment law through counseling and advice. His work includes litigation of employment claims on behalf of public and private employers in state and federal courts, including claims related to employment discrimination statutes and worker’s compensation laws. He also litigates ERISA and other claims pursued before state and federal agencies, including the Texas Human Rights Commission, the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission, and the National Labor Relations Board.
In addition, Mr. Chapman has extensive experience in federal and state trial and appellate courts as a casualty defense trial lawyer and a Board Certified Personal Injury Trial Lawyer (1980, Texas Board of Legal Certification).
