
Buddy Sanders concentrates on personal and business tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, tax controversy and disputes, and energy tax incentives. Drawing on four years of service at the Internal Revenue Service, he represents clients on various tax matters and business transactions, including tax litigation before the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Sanders has defended corporations and individuals at all stages of federal tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service. He also has extensive experience in structuring and handling mergers and acquisitions, providing key tax advice and analysis to minimize the tax costs and maximize the tax benefits. Mr. Sanders also advises clients on energy tax incentives and credits.
