
Bruce Grabow represents electric utility companies, independent power producers and merchant generators, electric power marketers, investment and private equity funds and wholesale and retail customers in regulatory compliance and transactional matters pertaining to the electric energy industry. His practice focuses on matters regulated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) pursuant to the Federal Power Act (FPA), Energy Policy Act of 2005 including the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 2005 (PUHCA) and the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act (PURPA).
