
David Wax is a member of the business litigation department in the New York office of Locke Lord LLP. David has experience in a variety of litigation areas which includes work on a number of appeals to state and federal appellate courts, litigation for breach of contract and consumer finance related matters, and evaluation of the viability and exposure presented by various types of personal injury, toxic tort and wrongful death claims.
David has represented clients in both state and federal courts, including disputes related to breach of contract, fraudulent conveyance, statutory violations, and real property. He has significant experience managing document and electronic discovery for firm clients in complex commercial cases in state and federal court.
