Safieh Nemazee Campbell is an associate practicing in the area of corporate and securities law. - Represented various underwriters in multiple registered offerings of common units by a master limited partnership specializing in the gathering and processing, transportation, and storage of natural gas and natural gas liquids, raising more than $500 million in net proceeds.
- Assisted in the representation of a publicly traded energy company in the sale of its exploration and production business, valued at approximately $7 billion.
- Represented a publicly traded master limited partnership in several public offerings of equity securities, raising more than $150 million.
- Represented a publicly traded energy company in a liability management program effecting multiple cash tender offers (including dutch auction tender offers) and a private exchange offer for more than $4 billion in aggregate principal amount of outstanding bonds.
- Represented a natural-gas pipeline company in a $300 million rule 144A offering of senior notes and subsequent exchange offer.
- Assisted a publicly traded oilfield services company with complete restructuring of one of its divisions.
- Represented a publicly traded provider of deathcare products and services in registered offerings of senior notes, totaling more than $400 million.
