
Mr. Wasserman, a partner in our New York office, has practiced commercial law in New York since 1985, and has acquired broad experience in hundreds of cases before federal and state courts and before arbitration panels throughout the United States. His practice concentrates on complicated litigation and arbitration with a primary focus on all phases of contract, partnership, employment, banking, intellectual property, construction and securities disputes. He represents international and domestic clients in many industries, including information technologies, banking, energy, real estate, insurance, film and television media, financial services, health care, advertising, marketing, and construction.
Over the years, Mr. Wasserman has handled bankruptcy matters, antitrust cases, securities class-action litigation and securities arbitration.
Mr. Wasserman also has a wealth of expertise defending clients in actions which focus upon emergency equitable remedies such as injunctions.
