
Tim Farber practices in the area of corporate law, where his practice focuses on general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities and insurance regulatory matters.
Mr. Farber has experience representing issuers and underwriters in debt and equity financing matters for both public and private companies. He also regularly advises companies on a variety of corporate governance matters including compliance with federal securities laws and regulations as well as counseling companies with their duties and obligations under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. He assists both public and private clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, including purchases and sales of assets and joint ventures. Mr. Farber also has experience counseling clients on a range of insurance regulatory and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions.
