Kevin Twining represents clients in corporate transactions. He has substantial experience in municipal and corporate debt financings, public private partnerships (P3s), franchising, licensing and distribution, and derivative transactions. Mr. Twining is also proficient in private and public equity issuances, venture capital transactions, asset and stock acquisitions and dispositions, mergers, and general business law and contracts.
