Jason Mueller is a senior associate in Locke Lord's intellectual property group, and focuses his practice on trademark, copyright, advertising and compliance issues. He has substantial experience handling numerous aspects of advertising and marketing law, including sweepstakes, contests and social media promotions. Jason has performed regulatory compliance reviews and developed and instituted compliance programs to manage risk related to advertising, social media initiatives, company communications, and internet privacy including behavioral tracking activity.
