Hansjoerg Heppe is an associate in the Firm's Dallas office. His corporate law practice focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and restructurings. In addition, he counsels clients on domestic and international business transactions and international litigation, specifically in the transatlantic context. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Heppe practiced law in New York and in Germany, where he is also qualified as Fachanwalt für Steuerrecht.
