
David C. Heit concentrates his practice in commercial real estate law. He represents developers, borrowers, lenders and institutional investors in a range of matters, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing of commercial real property, joint venture arrangements and mezzanine financings. Additionally, Mr. Heit's finance practice includes representing master servicers and special servicers in all types of loan servicing matters.
Mr. Heit is also a member of Locke Lord's Financial Regulatory Reform Group and assisted in the development of the “Subchapter S Corporations” program with regard to the United States Department of Treasury's investments under the Capital Purchase Program, as well as representing the Department of Treasury in closings under the existing public and private company programs.
