
Christopher Boeck is a senior associate attorney concentrating on complex commercial litigation and arbitration with a focus on intellectual property, advertising and secured credit litigation.
Mr. Boeck represents companies throughout the United States and internationally in cases involving complex and multi-party litigation, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, deceptive acts and advertising, defamation, commercial and asset-based lending, sequestration of collateral and other secured credit matters, breach of fiduciary duty, as well as common law breach of contract, breach of warranty and tort claims. Mr. Boeck has specific experience representing companies and providing counseling on matters pertaining to the Lanham Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Miller Act, the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act, the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Truth in Lending Act, the Telemarketing and Consumer Fraud and Abuse Prevention Act, and the Racketeer Influence and Corrupt Organizations Act.
