James Bilton is an associate practicing in the area of litigation. His experience includes representing clients in matters involving complex and general commercial litigation, construction litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and insurance sales-practice disputes. Mr. Bilton has also assisted clients in securities litigation, in matters including shareholder disputes and SEC enforcement actions.
