
Doug Yeager, a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and head of Locke Lord's Real Estate and Finance practice, focuses his practice on real estate and finance matters. He represents financial institutions, owners, tenants and developers in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of commercial real estate. Mr. Yeager represents lenders and borrowers in connection with construction, energy and commercial loan transactions. He also has significant experience in loan workouts, restructurings and foreclosures. He regularly negotiates office and retail leases for commercial landlords and tenants. In addition, as a regular part of his practice, Mr. Yeager advises property owners in all aspects of real property sales and acquisitions.

- Serve as nationwide counsel to publicly traded department store in connection with retail leasing program.
