Jeffrey Wallace represents both private and public companies and funds in connection with all aspects of their tax, transactional and business needs including tax structuring and strategies, debt and equity placements, domestic and foreign investment in U.S. assets, mergers, acquisitions and entity formation, governance and operations. In particular, Mr. Wallace concentrates on pass-through and tax advantaged entities including joint ventures, partnerships, limited liability companies and real estate investment trusts.
