- Representation of one of the world’s largest financial institutions against claims of violations of the Bank Holding Company Act ($600 million sought).
- Representation of an energy company against allegations of breach of fiduciary duty after the dissolution of a joint venture.

Representation of a regional financial institution in connection with a troubled loan that was secured by a secondary lien and that had been written off by the bank. After filing suit against the borrower and related entities, the bank was able to recover its entire multi-million dollar loan as well as all of the bank’s costs of collection.
