
Whit Roberts regularly represents public and private companies, as well as individual and institutional investors, in business formations, public and private financings, merger and acquisition transactions and other strategic corporate transactions. He has extensive experience in federal and state securities laws, representing clients in a variety of industries in initial and follow-on public and private equity and debt offerings, including venture capital transactions, and advising clients on reporting and disclosure requirements and other compliance matters. He represents public and private companies in a variety of industries in asset sales, stock sales and mergers, including private equity, cross-border and going-private transactions. His practice also includes advising clients regarding their important and strategic commercial transactions, including derivatives transactions, distribution agreements, technology licenses and other agreements. Mr. Roberts has been named in prior years as one of the "Best Lawyers in Dallas Under 40" by D magazine and a "Super Lawyer" by Texas Monthly Magazine.
