Robert Nail practices intellectual property law with an emphasis on trademark prosecution, patent prosecution, Internet law, and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Nail has represented numerous corporate entities and individuals, both within the U.S. and abroad, in the prosecution and enforcement of a wide variety of trademark and service mark portfolios. In addition, Mr. Nail has provided representation to numerous clients in domain name dispute proceedings under the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP), as well as in opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Furthermore, Mr. Nail has represented clients at the University research level in the prosecution of biotechnology and mechanical engineering patent applications.
