
John McKnight focuses on corporate transactions, including public offerings, venture capital/private equity financings, acquisitions, sales and restructurings. Mr. McKnight has extensive experience counseling boards of directors and their various committees, as well as handling complex corporate governance matters. He also represents clients in a broad range of international commercial transactions, including acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, franchising and distribution arrangements. Mr. McKnight advises clients in a broad range of industries, including health care, technology, energy, financial services, and hospitality. He also co-chairs the Firm's Capital Markets Section and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
