Brett Hamilton is co-chair of the firm's commercial lending section. He helps finance, restructure and workout multi-million dollar financings for national and international owners and operators of apartment complexes, industrial and warehouse properties, hotels, office buildings and shopping centers. Mr. Hamilton focuses on partnering companies and banks in syndicate deals involving real estate financing, construction, development, and purchase and sale transactions.
