Greg Lowry has substantial experience in all areas of loan workout, bankruptcy and business reorganization, including negotiation of forbearance arrangements, assertion of lender's rights, structuring and defending against reorganization plans, structuring the sale of assets through section 363 sales or plans, and resolving UCC issues. He also counsels clients on defense of lender liability claims, bankruptcy considerations in structuring transactions, and the purchase of assets from bankruptcy estates.
