Her experience includes establishing and developing conduit and joint venture programs for the origination and securitization of commercial loans, representation of borrowers and lenders in connection with senior and subordinated debt offerings, syndicated credit facilities, intercreditor arrangements, various types of secured and unsecured loan transactions, and debt restructuring. Ms. Folsom has represented originators in a $400,000,000 securitization of accounts receivable and aided commercial mortgage lenders in multiple securitizations of SBA loans and issuance of loan-backed adjustable and fixed rate notes.
