Lori Winland is an associate practicing administrative and regulatory law and litigation, with a particular emphasis on transportation and toll road development. Ms. Winland frequently advises regional mobility authorities and other public entities on procurement, Public Information Act, Open Meetings Act, and ethics issues. She has substantial experience representing public and private entities in open records disputes before the Attorney General of Texas. In addition, Ms. Winland has been involved in a wide variety of administrative litigation matters.
