Trey Sivley is an associate in the Atlanta office of Locke Lord LLP where he concentrates his practice in insurance regulatory and corporate transactional law. Prior to joining the Firm, he was the Assistant Director of the Division of Insurance and Financial Oversight (formerly Regulatory Services Division) of The Georgia Department of Insurance.
