
David Standa is an associate in the Chicago office of Locke Lord LLP where he concentrates his practice on business litigation and consumer finance law. He has experience in consumer litigation, banking and commercial real estate transactions, and commercial and consumer lending law. His recent litigation and arbitration cases have focused on the defense of mortgage originators and servicers.
Before joining Locke Lord, Mr. Standa was a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge John R. Tunheim for the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. He also has experience in commercial litigation including representing large financial institutions in post-default workout litigation.
