Graham Spitz, a partner in Locke Lord’s London office, focuses his practice in corporate finance and private equity, including joint ventures, management buy-outs and mergers and acquisitions. He regularly advises distressed private equity funds in relation to certain structuring and corporate issues. Mr. Spitz works closely with the real estate group advising on the corporate aspects of these transactions. He has been involved in numerous cross border real estate matters, particularly in Eastern Europe.
