
Mohsin Awan is a Foreign Policy Analyst for Locke Lord Strategies in Washington, D.C. He has extensive experience structuring international agreements between foreign governments and multinational corporations. Mr. Awan’s experience includes conflict of laws, public international law, international project finance and transactional litigations issues. He has a depth of knowledge on the alien tort claim act, transactional wrongful death litigation, enforcement of foreign judgment under international law, executive agreements and international treaties, and government contracts.
Mr. Awan deals with matters of international policy and lobbying in the Nation’s capital. He works on transactional business and political issues. He also advises on policy and regulatory matters before the U.S. Congress and Administration. Mr. Awan also has experience with the impact of federal legislation on a variety of business transactions and in developing and negotiating lobbying strategies.
