
Daniel Polden is a partner in Locke Lord’s London office. He is a member of Locke Lord’s real estate and finance group and focuses his practice on all aspects of property law. Well-known to his clients as a team player, Daniel is proactive in facilitating introductions to funders and making connections for his clients to potential joint venturers and other professionals.
Daniel has experience in property funding transactions, sales and purchase of investment properties, joint ventures and property development. He frequently acts for "owner occupiers" of properties in their dealings with their real estate portfolio, including cinema/leisure groups, betting shop chains, automotive dealers, restaurant operators, retailers and the offices for a range of different business. In his banking and finance and real estate practices, Daniel also represents domestic and offshore companies and institutions, retail organisations and individuals.
