Tamra Miller is staff counsel in the Chicago office of Locke Lord LLP, where she focuses her practice on commercial litigation, aviation and insurance law. She has a wide range of experience in major insurance coverage cases involving pollution, asbestos and aviation. She has extensive pre-trial and motion practice experience, including drafting pre-trial motions, jury instructions, summary judgment motions, and discovery motions.
She also has experience handling cases under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”). This experience includes drafting motions to dismiss, extensively researching the TCPA and its related regulations and case law, and drafting and responding to discovery requests.
