Marni Zarin is a senior counsel in the Firm's Houston office where she represents international real estate developers, owners, and energy companies in all aspects of commercial real estate development. She negotiates and drafts transactional documents, including purchase and sale agreements, venture agreements, financing and loan documents, development and construction management agreements, property management agreements and leases. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Zarin was an architectural designer.
