Ken Weiner is a partner in the Firm's Chicago office where he concentrates his practice in transactional real estate law. He has represented institutional, commercial and developer clients in the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and disposition of various property types, including office, retail and
industrial.
Mr. Weiner has experience in drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, financing documents and leases. He also has experience with condominium development and mixed-use projects including federal, state and local disclosure reports and registration statements (with extensive knowledge of Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act compliance) extending to properties located throughout the United States and internationally.
In 2003, Mr. Weiner received the David C. Hilliard award from the Chicago Bar Association for his outstanding leadership of the Young Lawyers Section Real Estate Law Committee.
