Sam Stempel is a partner in the Firm's Chicago office where he concentrates his practice in all aspects of real estate finance, development and investment. He represents lenders, developers, buyers, sellers and investors in multifamily, office, retail, hotel, manufactured home community, industrial and development projects.
Mr. Stempel's practice focuses on structuring financing transactions through traditional mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, and other financing and investment mechanisms. His financing practice includes representation of banks, finance companies, and other large institutional lenders. Mr. Stempel has also represented various local and national real estate developers, real estate investment funds and other owners of real estate in connection with acquisitions and dispositions of varying classes of real estate.
