
Daniel Solitro is an associate in the business litigation department of Locke Lord. Mr. Solitro’s practice includes a broad range of complex litigation matters in both federal and state court., as well as arbitration proceedings conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and the International Center for Dispute Resolution. His practice focuses on general commercial, intellectual property and mortgage related litigation.
Following law school, Mr. Solitro served s a law clerk for the Honorable Emilio M. Garza, United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit from 2004 until 2005.
