
Randall W. Johnson is a senior level corporate and securities attorney with more than 23 years of experience in providing legal counsel to companies involved in capital markets, finance and mergers and acquisitions transactions. As the former President of an international trade finance company, Mr. Johnson has both the legal experience and the business sense to counsel senior management of publicly traded and middle-market companies throughout their most important capital raising and financing transactions.
As a member of Locke Lord’s Regulatory and Transactional Insurance and Capital Markets groups, Mr. Johnson structures and documents some of the largest U.S. and international offerings of insurance-linked securities and served as underwriters’ counsel for the first publicly-traded insurance premium finance company. His practice includes significant experience in the international trade finance markets, including representing large trade credit insurers, trade finance companies and asset based trade credit lenders in structuring and documenting their finance transactions, products and risk-protection programs.
Mr. Johnson is a frequent speaker at insurance-linked securities and alternative investment trade association and legal events and conferences.
