Scott D. Greenberg is senior counsel in Locke Lord LLP's New York office. His practice focuses on trademark, copyright and unfair competition matters. Mr. Greenberg has prosecuted, rendered opinions, negotiated and drafted agreements including license and settlement agreements, and has experience in litigation before the courts and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, in the fields of trademark, unfair competition and copyright law, on behalf of a wide variety of clients in numerous service and manufacturing fields.
