IAIR TDS III, The Central Government

Jonathan Bank and Nina Huerta are panelists in the Technical Development Series III, The Central Government, hosted by The International Association of Insurance Receivers (IAIR). Their panel is entitled: ' "Hey Boss, It's the FED!"- Federal Laws You Should Know As An Employer.' A survey of federal employment laws with which receivers and others managing troubled insurers should be aware in their capacity as employers. Attention will be devoted to the WARN Act and PBGC issues.
