Blackman Kallick’s 2010 Insurance Conference

Locke Lord is co-sponsoring Blackman Kallick’s 2010 Insurance Conference taking place on November 4, 2010. Dean Conlin, Tim Farber and Susan Jordan of Locke Lord's Chicago office will be participating in this conference.

Ms. Jordan will participate in a panel discussion entitled "Expert Reinsurance Industry Panel Discussion – Latest Developments," the panel will cover the following topics:

• Reinsurance Recoverable Issues and Solvency Concerns
• Reinsurance Run-offs
• Working with Receivers on Reinsurance Issues
• Schedule F Review
• Reinsurance Disputes

Mr. Conlin and Mr. Farber will present a session entitled "Regulatory Update: Intersection of State Insurance Regulation and Federal Legislation." This session will focus on the High Risk Health Pools required by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and Probable Changes under the Non-Admitted and Reinsurance Reform Act of 2010.
