Partner Patrick Coffey has been invited to speak at the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA) Tax Issues for Healthcare Organizations program on October 12-13, 2009.
Mr. Coffey's presentation is titled " Emerging Property Tax Issues for Non-Profits," and will cover the Provena Covenant tax exemption case and related state and federal initiatives in the tax-exemption area.
