Council of Ethical Organizations, Health Ethics Trust "Executive Certification Course"

Patrick Coffey has been invited again this year to serve as a member of the faculty at the Council of Ethical Organizations, Health Ethics Trust "Executive Certification Course" for Board Members and Chief Compliance Officers. Mr. Coffey’s presentation will address the existing enforcement climate, the real consequences of deficient compliance programs, and forces that interfere with “effective” compliance programs.

Subjects to be addressed include:

• The meaning of effective corporate compliance
• Why compliance should remain a priority in the economic downturn
• The lessons that highly publicized and costly fraud settlements offer for healthcare organizations
