Partner Jay Safer will speak at an IP and Corporate Law Symposium. The conference is sponsored by George Washington University Law School. The conference and panel presentations include lawyers, judges and corporate representatives from the United States and from around the world. Jay is chairing a panel on Compulsory Licensing vs. Injunctions, which will include issues on international arbitrations. Jay is also making a mock court argument before a U.S. Judge with a George Washington University law professor as opposing counsel.
