New York Partner, Jay Safer has been asked to meet with a delegation of 19 Judges and Court Administrators from China who want to better understand the New York judicial system, both civil and criminal. The purpose of their visit to the United States is to better understand the U.S. court administration system and the difference and similarity of the U.S. and China legal systems. The meeting will be held at the New York City Bar Association.
