NYSBA Law Practice Management Committee Annual Meeting Program on Electronic Discovery

Jay Safer will speak at a program entitled "Don't Hand Over the Billing: Controlling Costs in Electronic Discovery." Jay is on a panel which will discuss best techniques to evaluate and control electronic discovery (EDD) projects and costs. The panel consists of selected attorneys and a vendor representative who will describe basic elements of an EDD project, address ethical issues faced by litigators working within EDD, and litigation holds.
