Kurt Krolikowski is an associate in the Firm's Houston office practicing in the area of business litigation. Mr. Krolikowski has assisted in a broad range of commercial areas, including, but not limited to, transportation, construction, and commercial contract disputes. In addition, Mr. Krolikowski has worked part-time as in-house counsel for a major mortgage servicer, where he was responsible for managing a team of external attorneys and coordinating the defense of various Fortune 500 mortgage lenders and servicers in lawsuits involving allegations of breach of contract, fraud, wrongful foreclosure and various statutory violations

- Assists in representation of a Fortune 100 oil and gas production company in defense of lawsuit alleging breach of minerals option contract, fraud, civil conspiracy and in excess of $200 million in damages.
- Defended a prominent retailer in a three-day trial regarding disputes over a transportation contract.
