Nigel Wright focuses on all aspects of dispute resolution with particular emphasis on arbitration, international law, insurance and product liability.
Mr. Wright originally practiced law in the United Kingdom and moved to the United States in 2004.
Mr. Wright’s litigation practice encompasses experience in dispute resolution in more than 50 different countries. Mr. Wright has significant experience in many of the international arbitration rules including; ICC (London and Paris), UNCITRAL, various London arbitration rules, Bermuda arbitration rules and a number of Latin American and European rules. Mr. Wright also handles first party liability claims on behalf of insurers.
Mr. Wright’s insurance practice involves counseling insurers and reinsurers on a wide range of legal issues including policy interpretation, bad faith and punitive damages claims.
Mr. Wright also handles product liability cases and has experience in both North America and Europe in defending manufacturers and component manufacturers as well as conducting subrogation proceedings. He is also on the list of The International Who's Who of Aviation Lawyers 2006-2011 (
